If you have purchased a service, subscription or otherwise entered into an agreement with us, you will also be governed by the terms of the agreement or the terms and conditions for that program, which shall prevail in the event of a conflict. Online purchases have additional terms and conditions relating to the transaction as indicated.

This information may be changed or updated without notice. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions on the site or in marketing material. Enhance supervision and trainingmay assess a $15 late fee for any payment that is 7 days past due. If a customer initiates a chargeback, we may assess a $50 processing fee for each individual chargeback.
Enhance supervision and training strives to ensure 100% satisfaction with services it provides. In the case of participant not being able to participate in online or face to face training / professional supervision / debriefing session due to a reasonable unforeseen circumstance occurring, an alternate arrangement may be made to enable participation.
When there is an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.orgWe will endeavor to contact you promptly to discuss and resolve your issue. When a reasonable unforeseen circumstance occurs you have the right to choose whether you prefer to:
- For training only
- Postpone the training until the next intake.
- Cancel and receive a full refund minus a $25 handling fee. If you would like to receive a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled training sessions.
- For professional supervision / debriefing
- You must ring us at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session to postpone the session to a date + time agreed by us, if not full payment will be required for the unattended scheduled session.
- We will determine whether you are entitled to lesser payment based on the nature of the unforeseen circumstance.
If you have a problem, contact us and we will discuss it. If we can’t reach an agreement, we may suggest using a neutral third party (mediator) to help us reach a solution. If it is not resolved to both parties satisfaction at the time, disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of Queensland, Australia.
